Mary was working in design/fashion some 15/16years ago when she literally had a “lightbulb” moment and had a complete career change about. She started with Clinical Reflexology, qualifying after about 12months and then progressed and grew and explored different therapies until she really feels that she is in the right place right now, doing what she was meant to be doing.

As well as being qualified in Hypnotherapy and a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register, she is also a Forensic Hypnotherapist and is a member of the prestigious European Institute of Forensic Hypnotherapists. Within her clinics she offers not only Hypnotherapy, but Emotional Freedom Technique (at advanced level) and Positive Thinking Coaching which together forms the dynamic sessions that she is renowned for.
